  • How do I find an item on Swish ideas?

This is pretty easy. If you are looking for a specific item, type the key words in the search box and the results that best match your description will be revealed. On the other hand, if you are not quite sure of the item you intend to purchase, you can browse various categories and subcategories to find the list of items. You can filter results according to price, theme, popularity, quantity, colour, etc.

  • How do I buy an item on Swish ideas?

To purchase an item, click on the item, read description thoroughly and then click “add to cart”. You may enter the quantity you want directly into the box provided or you can use the buttons right beside the box. You can decide to keep shopping or check out. If you decide to keep shopping, your products will be in the cart till you are ready to check out. Once done, make sure to review shipping cost, choose payment method and check out.

  • Do you offer branding services?

Yes we offer branding services. However, some items cannot be branded due to the kind of packaging these items come with. Do contact us for more information about our branding services.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment:

a)      Cards – MasterCard, Visa, Verve

b)      Internet banking using a hardware device (token)

c)       Cash on delivery

d)      Payment at our local store

  •  How safe is my personal information?

We do not store your bank information. Payment is handled by our preferred payment gateway and information is encrypted. You will be redirected to a secure page (URL will begin with https) to enter your card details.

  • Can I send my order as a gift?

You can! You may also send a message along with your gift but this may attract additional charges.

  • How do I cancel or change my order?

If your order is yet to be dispatched, kindly contact us via email or telephone to notify us. If you do, you will not incur any charges. If your order has been dispatched, you will have to pay for delivery fee. Same, if your order has been delivered. Please see our returns policy in our terms and conditions for more details or contact us for clarification.

  • Do you provide free shipping?

Yes we do. You qualify for free shipping when you purchase items worth over N100,000 and if the delivery destination is within Lagos.

  • Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally.

  • How long will it take my order to get to me?

After your order has been placed, the order will be verified and processed. This takes 1-3 business days. After which, your order will be dispatched. Expect delivery between 1-10 working days, depending on your location

  • How do I check the status of my order or track shipment?

If the courier company has a functional tracking system, you will be mailed the details with your dispatch notification. Please feel free to contact us if you have not seen your order outside the estimated delivery period.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return items for an exchange, a refund via voucher or cash. Returns must be authorised by calling us and stating the reason for the return. The cost of return will be borne by the buyer. The item must be returned back to our office within 3 and 5 business days for Lagos and outside Lagos orders, respectively. There are some things that cannot be returned or exchanged: edibles, jewellery, sale items/discounted items, branded items, perishables, hampers, gift boxes, fragrances, creams, oils, and lotions.
